These quarterly benchmarks serve not only as a measure of physical prowess but also as a testament to mental resilience and growth. Join in on the fun as we kick it off with "The Worst Mile" on Saturday May 11th, 8 AM at the Mt. Pleasant Recreation Center, in Mt. Pleasant, SC! This event is designed to redefine your strengths both physically and mentally all while having a great time with like-minded individuals.
